Fletcher Building's chairman has apologised to shareholders as he warned of another big hit for the troubled building company.

Its buildings and interiors business unit is now forecast to make additional losses of $160m in the year to the end of June after a review by KPMG.

Hardy's health shops placed in receivership
 

Five Hardy's health stores and the head franchisor have been put in receivership.

@Hardy's trades the company-owned Hardy's shops Hardy's, while Healthy Living Trading Company is the head franchisor.

A shop in Taupo, Tauranga and three shops in Auckland, St Lukes, Sylvia Park, Northwest are in receivership but continue to trade.

Hardy's and Health Living employed 20 staff across the five shops.
